They say that if you love your job enough, you will never work another day in your life. This saying rings very true to Kevin and his career as a realtor.

Kevin has lived in Ottawa all of his life, first with his parents downtown and now with his own family in Barrhaven. He is a father of two beautiful children, Daphne and Tyler. Kevin chose Barrhaven as a place to raise his family, and as a result, the community is very important to him. Whenever possible, Kevin gets involved in local events, such as festivals put on by the Southpointe Community Association, and Adrienne Clarkson Elementary School. Other local events Kevin proudly supports is the Snowsuit Fund of Ottawa.

Licensed as a realtor in 1999, Kevin has reached award levels in each year of his eligibility. In 2005 and 2006 he received the Royal LePage National Chairman's Club Award, which recognizes him as being a part of the top 1% of Royal LePage Sales Representatives across Canada. He has sold millions of dollars worth of real estate and looks forward to selling millions more. He prides himself on being one of the top realtors in Barrhaven. More than 86% of all of Kevin's listings have been in Barrhaven, and he has sold them at an average of 98% of the list price.

Kevin believes that it's very important to keep himself up-to-date with the industry and with technology. He was the first certified e-agent in the Barrhaven branch of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. and he uses the most recent software to be as efficient and resourceful as possible.
